Doc 3 numbers

• source: File:Doc3.pdf, from the When you see it - Peter Rabbit picture containing 3 files, including:

  

  The two letters make mention of a few elements, each a Rare Earth Element, along well as a few "program" acronyms. Whether these things are relevant or if Felicity used them to encode her message is unknown.

  In the PDF, a series of numbers similar to the book cipher used previously are accompanied by a 26x16 grid (row 20 is missing in the PDF, but this is a mistake, confirmed by Felicity).

Part 1, book cipher solved

• A tip by @FelicityVelius gives reference to a literature source:

  Mah kitteh Virgil is such a glutton #cantoVI

  Virgil appears in Canto VI of "Dante's Inferno", of which there are 34 cantos. Applying the book cipher as canto-line-word produces:

  "Be attentive lest you become enslaved The kings of the world rise against you"

  The phrase is unique and doesn't lead to other source material for further aid

Part 2, the 26x16 grid

  • TIP: "The message is in my first two blog posts. See how they look when you use the table letter for letter."

    Two blog posts are of exact length 416 characters, fitting into the (full) grid. (June 5, June 28)

  • TIP: "I got my powerball numbers wish me luck! I could use some ;) 14 4 10 6 6 8"
  • TIP: "They weren't so lucky :( Think I'll run these numbers next 10 10 14 12 10 4"

    enaxor discovered that using the number sequence as row/column pairs (14-4,10-6,6-8,10-10,14-12,10-4) to the June 28 blog entry produces the text: "TRUTHL"

  • TIP: "K.I.S.S."
  • TIP: "Don't beat yourself up...just think inside the box(es)"
  • TIP: "I'm not that clever...and I'm mathematically challenged. So I stick to writing letter for letter top to bottom until my message is clear"
  • TIP: (re: Should we maybe "play" with it more?) "But of course! More "context" is still in store."
  • TIP: "I like to stick to a predictable pattern rather than substitute or play with the story and let the reader find truth in the chaos"
  • TIP: "The drama unfolds and you seem to be interpreting it rather well"

    the next six numbers continue the phrase to become "TRUTHLIGH", and both words appear to be following a possible visual pattern through the 26x16 grid
